1. Facade and window constructions

• Post-and-beam facade: creation of a highly thermally insulated post-and-beam construction (self-supporting aluminium system) on the ground and first floors with a face width of 60 mm.
• Aluminium windows: highly thermally insulated window systems with a basic construction depth of 75 mm.
• Internal windows: aluminium frame constructions for the interior.

2. Doors and fire-protection elements

• Aluminium external doors: thermally insulated systems with a 75 mm construction depth.
• Aluminium internal doors: non-thermally-insulated door and partition systems with a 65 mm construction depth.
• Fire-protection elements: special aluminium fire-protection doors for the interior.

3. Rear-ventilated facades (VHF)

The external cladding is executed in three different variants:

• Expanded-metal facade: of aluminium on the first and second floors.
• Smooth-sheet facade: of aluminium panels on the ground floor.
• Mineral-wool boards: facade cladding of pressed mineral-wool boards on the first floor of the stilt structure.

4. Steelwork and roof elements

• Grating platform: steelwork on the second floor.
• Roof structures: installation of ribbon skylights on the roof above the stilt structure.

5. Glazing and infill

• Thermal-insulation glass: use of double and triple insulating glazing (partly as laminated safety glass (LSG) or with heat-soaked toughened safety glass (ESG-H) for fall-protection areas).
• Composite panels: opaque infills (aluminium sheet with a rigid polystyrene-foam core).

6. Associated components and fittings

• Window sills: external aluminium window sills with an anti-drumming coating.
• Fitting technology: concealed turn-tilt fittings, mechatronic turn fittings (controlled via a window bus), panic locks to DIN EN 1125 as well as barrier-free door closers.
