Besonderheiten & Herausforderungen
1. Facade constructions
- FT 1: standard windows on the first and second floors (“loft windows”).
- FT 2: steel-aluminium post-and-beam facade on the ground floor.
- FT 3: steel-aluminium post-and-beam facade for the stairwell (ground to second floor).
- FT 4: aluminium post-and-beam facade as a glass roof for the stairwell.
- FT 7: punched windows in the basement.
2. Solar shading
- External solar shading: ZIP-screen systems for the standard windows on the first and second floors.
- Internal solar shading: cassette roller-blind systems on the ground floor for the canteen.
3. Rear-ventilated facade
- Ceramic claddings.
- Parapet copings and claddings.
- Light-metal (aluminium) window sills and reveal flashings.
4. Associated services & other items
- Advance installation of door frames (metal or Purenit).
- Finger-guard profiles for the doors of the ground-floor external facades.
- Integrated drainage pipes and downpipes.
- Protective measures as well as the final fine and end cleaning of all elements.
