Workshop and installation planning: preparation of detailed execution, laying, joint and installation drawings (handed over digitally as .pdf and .dwg).
Structural verification: preparation of verifiable structural calculations for the entire facade structure, the substructure, anchorages and the wind-suction calculation.
Building-physics verification: provision of the thermal-insulation certificate as well as verification for the avoidance of thermal bridges, for sound insulation and for fire protection.
On-site measurement: independently checking the dimensions and levels directly on the building from the client’s scaffolding.
Sample facade: manufacture and erection of an approx. 3.00 × 4.00 m sample area on site for quality coordination.

Plinth sealing: application of a flexible two-component reactive sealant in the splash-water and basement-connection area.
Plinth insulation: gap-free laying of 180 mm thick XPS insulation boards in the lower 90 cm strip.
Facade insulation: gap-free laying of the 200 mm thick mineral-wool insulation with a black fleece lamination.
Substructure: adjustable installation of the vertical aluminium support profiles (factory-coated in black) including fixed and sliding-point brackets for stress-free installation.
Facade panels: cutting, edge sealing and visible fixing of the 12 mm thick fibre-cement panels (in the colours light grey, black, white and mint turquoise).

Fire barriers: installation of horizontal rock-wool fire barriers in the ventilation cavity as well as installation of two-part fire-barrier sheets of galvanised steel below floor-to-ceiling windows.
Ventilation and finishing profiles: installation of aluminium plinth profiles, upper parapet finishes and insect/small-animal protection grilles to ensure rear ventilation.
Reveals & corners: cladding of the window reveals (including ventilation grilles) as well as installation of colour-matched 90° external corner profiles of aluminium.
Cut-outs & inspection openings: creation of round openings for ventilation pipes (DN 100), rectangular openings for balcony brackets and emergency drains, as well as installation of screwed inspection hatches (250 × 250 mm).

Logistics & site operation: cleaning of the contractor’s own work area and daily disposal of its own waste. Coordination of the vertical material transport with the client’s crane operator.
Documentation: handover of the complete as-built documentation, approvals, product data sheets as well as care and maintenance instructions (twice in paper folders and additionally on digital media) at the latest 3 weeks before acceptance.
