Facade areas and materials
- Standard floor slabs (levels 01 to 05): Horizontal aluminium cassettes serve as visual soffit cladding.
- North and east side (level 02): Perforated aluminium sheet cladding, set off from the facade on the north side.
- Building corner (axis II-A / II-19): Fully closed aluminium cassette cladding extending across all levels. On level 05 this area carries the external advertising and the company logo.
- End stairwells (optional): Diamond-pattern expanded metal cladding as a visual finish.
- Colour scheme: The structure is visually accentuated by partial aluminium sheet cladding in a range of RAL colours.
Technical execution details
- Key detail design: The basis for the shop drawings are the facade drawings with sections, parapet and slab-edge cladding, and perforated sheet cassettes.
- Provision of scaffolding: All necessary scaffolding costs must be included directly in the unit prices by the contractor.
- Roof area: The canopy additionally receives a large-scale photovoltaic system for electricity generation.
