Key components of the works:

• Construction systems: aluminium post-and-beam constructions (pressure-plate system) and aluminium frame constructions are planned.
• Glazing: triple thermal-insulation insulating glazing and triple solar-control insulating glazing are used.
• Solar shading: the works include cable-guided aluminium louvre external venetian blinds (Raffstore) and internal solar-shading roller blinds.
• Facade zones: the thermal envelope extends from the ground floor to the sixth floor, divided into the street facades (Kapuzinergraben and Elisabethstraße) and the courtyard facades.
• Special elements: a glass folding-sliding wall on the ground floor, a woven-metal screen facade and self-supporting glass canopies.
• Claddings: rear-ventilated aluminium wall, spandrel and parapet claddings as well as a pitched-roof cladding.
